Sarah has spent her life supporting individuals in reaching their goals through her career and volunteer work and continues to do so as a IFS Relationship Coach.
“Getting to know ourselves better is the first step to achieving connection and understanding in our relationships. We will work together to help you understand how you relate to yourself and others, so you are better equipped to make decisions that positively impact all your relationship and deepen your connections to family and friends. My goal is to help clients learn to understand themselves better as that process naturally leads to the release of negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns carried in the mind and body to create an open and curious heart. I completed my Level One IFS training this year after working with my own IFS therapist and experienced the improvements that come from regular practice. When I’m not working, I love spending time outdoors with my family and beloved dog Magnus.”
